Pleased with my glasses when they finally arrived.
Be aware when ordering Frames may not be in stock, so you wait..

Everything easy to do.

OK but not outstanding.

Quite easy to order glasses but as this was my first time buying specs online, I very nearly duplicated my order before I realised how near I got to pressing the payment button for 3 pairs of specs when I only wanted one. If the delivery is quick, I will definitely order more in the future

Although they probably checked the lenses before posting which are fine, I doubt they checked the frame. One arm was higher than the other, consequently, the frame didn't sit correctly on my face. Fortunately I could correct it myself, some people may not be able to do this. Otherwise the ordering process and delivery was fine.

I never used this way of buying glasses before I've always gone to specsavers but I will definitely be getting my glasses from direct sight again it's so easy.

Just love this company. Great quality lenses and glasses plus a lot cheaper than the high street! Very efficient too
